Convergence
A record isn’t copied from anywhere — it converges. The same material arrives as a product page, a data feed, and a photograph, and each arrival lands on the same typed, attributed values.

Prose and tables, read by a block specialist that knows which attribute each phrase belongs to — and lands it typed, with the source URL attached.
A data feed
Structured but idiosyncratic — every catalogue spells a fact its own way. The fold maps each spelling onto the same canonical token the page's phrasing landed on.

Measured, not transcribed — palettes, colour language, and the visual embedding come from the imagery itself, and carry a measured basis rather than a sourced one.
The gate
When a checked value disagrees with the record, the disagreement becomes a review — match, discrepancy, or unverifiable, each a distinct verdict. The record is never silently edited: a change that matters waits for a person, and the record’s history keeps both sides.
Freshness is checked the same way. A value that has gone stale against a brand’s own site is flagged, not overwritten — and what can’t be verified stays visibly unknown, because the graph never guesses.
